01

Order sorting and order bundling

The system automatically identifies which orders can be sensibly combined and bundles them efficiently. It specifically selects the containers that allow multiple orders to be handled in a single operation.

02

Container pre-sorting

The system analyzes upcoming orders in advance and positions the containers that will soon be needed in easily accessible locations. This forward-looking sorting significantly speeds up retrieval for future orders.

03

Continuous inventory

The system can simplify the manual annual stocktaking process by performing a zero-point stock check and a quantity-correction mechanism as part of daily startup, ensuring that the physical quantity in the system and the data in the software always match. Various additional verification mechanisms are also available, such as spot checks, full inventory counts, or zero-crossing checks.

04

Inventory management and monitoring

The system analyzes item consumption over time and recommends suitable minimum and maximum stock levels to avoid shortages. It also sends regular notifications when an item is understocked or overstocked.

05

Order management

The software centrally records all incoming orders and manages their processing, including targeted prioritization of urgent or selected orders. If the system is connected to an ERP, it takes orders directly from there; alternatively, orders can also be created, edited, and deleted manually.

06

User roles and account management

The system enables individual accounts and access rights for each employee. This allows sensitive areas or high-value items, for example in pharmaceutical logistics, to be specifically protected.

07

Dashboard with live data and statistics

The system captures all relevant warehouse metrics and displays them clearly. This allows system performance and order progress to be monitored in real time at any moment.

08

Batch management

The system assigns detailed additional information to each item, such as production date, batch number, or expiration date. This makes it possible to trace exactly which shipment a component came from at any time during quality checks. It can also be configured so that items are automatically selected by FIFO, best-before date, deadline, priority, or batch number.

09

Storage optimization options

The system suggests how scattered remaining quantities can be consolidated into fewer containers to save space. In addition, the optimal compartment size can be defined for each item, so that the right container is always used.

10

Weight-based tracking

With every storage and retrieval operation, the system uses weight to record how many items were moved. If it detects that a container is overloaded, it automatically flags this as an error.

Cellgo Grid System Cellgo height-adjustable support feet
01

Grid system

The compact grid system makes optimal use of available space and reliably protects the stored goods.

  • Ceiling height: from 2.5 meters
  • Floor space: from 15 square meters
  • Security: the enclosed structure reliably prevents unwanted shrinkage
  • Leveling system: compensates for uneven floors - no floor preparation required
  • Flexible setup: the system footprint adapts to local conditions
  • High storage density: freely configurable storage depth lets the system adapt to your process

02

Low-maintenance shuttles

The flat Cellgo shuttles transport goods reliably and efficiently throughout the entire warehouse system.

  • High load capacity: up to 50 kg
  • Drive: powerful electric motors for fast acceleration and high speed
  • Batteries: durable lithium iron phosphate batteries
  • Charging behavior: autonomous charging, optimized by software for minimal wear and higher throughput
  • Design: extra-flat for maximum storage density

Euro containers

The Euro containers are designed for stability and flexibility in continuous use.

  • Dimensions: 600 x 400 mm (standard size)
  • Compartment division: different compartment sizes possible
  • Design: reinforced bottoms for continuous use with high load capacity
Cellgo workstation
04

Workstation

Intuitively designed and robustly built, tailored to the needs of the picker.

  • User interface: a monitor guides the employee step by step through the process
  • High throughput: up to 150 containers/hour per station
Cellgo Put to Light
05

Light-guided picking

Pick-by-Light shows which compartment the item should be taken from. Put-to-Light shows which order container it belongs in next, even when multiple orders are processed simultaneously. This reliably prevents mix-ups between orders.

  • Pick-by-Light: built into the workstation
  • Put-to-Light shelf: individually configurable
Cellgo integrated scale
06

Integrated scale

With every pick, the integrated scale automatically verifies that everything is correct.

  • Error rate: significantly lower thanks to automatic weight verification
  • Inventory: reliable and continuous, with no manual effort
07

Dual-cabin lifts

Cellgo's lift modules allow the shuttles to operate on every level.

  • Capacity: transports two shuttles simultaneously
  • Load capacity: up to 120 kg per trip
  • Efficiency: maximizes throughput through software control

01

Integration of AGVs, conveyor systems, and picking robots

The system has open interfaces for connecting additional automation technology. External automated guided vehicles, conveyor belts, or robotic arms can be integrated directly into the process.

  • Object detection: AI-based object detection possible
  • API connection: custom interfaces for connecting with cobots (robotic arms)
02

ERP and WMS interfaces

Cellgo enables straightforward data exchange with your existing IT infrastructure.

  • ERP/WMS: connection to various ERP and WMS systems possible, e.g. SAP or Axapta
  • E-Commerce: connection to various online shop systems possible, e.g. Shopify
03

Scanner and printer integration

The station integrates seamlessly with your existing peripherals.

  • Scanner: compatible with a wide range of common handheld scanners for fast barcode scanning
  • Printer: industrial printers can be integrated; the system controls the automatic printing of barcodes, shipping labels, or delivery notes
