The Cellgo shuttle uses roughly as much energy as a laptop – a fraction of what conventional warehouse technology requires. The batteries we use are free of toxic heavy metals such as nickel, cadmium and cobalt, and can be recycled almost entirely.
Instead of single-use materials, we rely on durable Euro containers made of recyclable plastic. They are built to withstand thousands of storage cycles and, at the end of their service life, can be fed entirely back into the recycling loop. Circular economy in practice.
Most of our materials come from Germany and the EU, because regional sourcing matters to us. This means short truck journeys, low CO₂ transport emissions and short delivery times, without dependence on global supply chains.
We use high-strength, recyclable metal alloys. Compared to conventional steels, this reduces greenhouse gas emissions during production by up to 70%. Our surface coatings are also recyclable.
